Returns & Refunds Policy
Most items can be returned to us for a full refund if the package is unopened and is in resellable condition, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below. If the item has been opened and cannot be resold as a new item, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Signal Firearms. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. We will not issue cash refunds if you paid for the item with a credit or debit card.
The following categories of products are non-returnable for refund or store credit.
- Reloading Supplies (powder, primers, etc.)
- Clothing (if worn)
- Perishable food items
- Pepper Spray
- Air Guns/BB Guns
- Gift Cards
- Firearms Training (once class has been completed)
- Armorer Services / Cerakote
- Background check / Transfer fees
- Layaway fees (such as: initial down payment, setup fees, late fees, and penalties)
TIME FOR REFUND
Most returnable items can be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase.
If the product you purchased from us has a manufacturing defect, simply bring it to us and we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to get the issue resolved. Signal Firearms is not an authorized repair center for any manufacturer and cannot directly repair or replace any defective item, nor are we responsible for any costs for repairing your item if the manufacturer charges for the repair, replacement, or shipping charges. Signal Firearms is under no obligation to assist with warranty repairs or replacements for any product we sell. We simply offer this service to the best of our ability.
